The Neocortex 3D System recognizes if the straw is looped properly before picking to place in the cup. It can handle two layers deep of straws, or If straws are piled up , the robot can use its tool to singulate them before picking. Average pick rate 14 per minute using Neocortex real time artificial intelligence with Spatial Vision 3D.
