Neocortex Goods to Robot Cell for Replenishing Airline Beverages (Jan. 2017)

POSTED 01/31/2017

Universal Robotics and NxtGen Robotics have partnered to introduce an automated system with Neocortex® artificial intelligence for replenishing airline beverages returned to catering kitchens from aircraft after a flight – improving throughput and cleanliness while reducing costs. It identifies and handles unused beverage cans returned from in-flight drawers and restocks them with additional new cans for airline-prescribed assortments. It has a fast payback.
