Delfoi PAINTis a fast, user-friendly offline programming software that is based on set parameters and features and has been developed on the back of more than 20 years of professional expertiese. The software is able to effectively utilise the features of the 3D CAD model to be painted and information about the surface topology. It is possible to create programmes quickly and without the need for trial and error, and regardless of the robot brand or model thanks to unique, universal robot code support.

ADVANCED FEATURES
- Delfoi PAINT can read geometric data from a 3D scanner and apply it to a simulation model and utilise the data in creating painting paths
- Automatic calculation of painting speed for the desired thickness of the paint coat
- Automatic calculation of the painting path based on the characterstics of the surface
IMPORTING CAD-DATA
The programme has extensive support for the importing of CAD data in different formats. Support is available for generic formats as well as specifics data transfer formats. The attachment file below contains a list of all supported CAD data transfer formats.
DATA TRANSFER
- Supporting postprocesors for different painting robot brands, like ABB, CMA, Durr, KUKA, Yaskawa Motoman, Kawasaki, Fanuc, Nachi and Blastman Robotics
- Uploaders for uploading painting programs from the controller and back to the offline programme for simulation and analysis
- Command of external I/O devices, e.g. using PLC logic, is also easy to implement
