Companies adopt a new, global brand identity
Kent, Washington –Shape Technologies Group, Inc. (SHAPE), the world leading supplier of waterjet technology and ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) manufacturing process solutions, an American Industrial Partners (AIP) portfolio company, today announced the creation of Shape Process Automation, a Shape Technologies Group company. Shape Process Automation combines Dynamic Robotic Solutions with Tech-Con Automation to be the leading supplier of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet, laser robotic solutions, material handling and automation for unmatched material processing.
The Companies will adopt the new name beginning December 3, 2018, and transition all existing communications, marketing and branding, websites, and sales media to the reflect the new identity over the coming months.
The creation of Shape Process Automation furthers SHAPE’s mission as a global leader in the manufacturing process solutions industry. The combined companies increase the global footprint of Shape Process Automation, directly benefiting SHAPE’s customers with increased access to support and service by widening the aftermarket presence of Shape Process Automation globally.
